With the rapid development of Internet technology, there are more and more information on the Internet. The data mining technology faced Web has become a new research focus. The difficulty, the classification and the general methods of Web data mining are introduced, and XML is used in Web data mining. Finally, a saving energy real-time analysis system frame based on Web data mining is proposed, and then the feasibility and advantage of Web data mining is shown.
