HOX家族基因与人脑胶质瘤的关系

摘要 脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的原发性肿瘤,恶性程度高,呈浸润性生长,其中恶性胶质瘤约占60%。尽管神经外科手术、化疗和放疗技术不断提高,但其效果仍不令人满意,目前恶性胶质瘤仍是最致命的脑肿瘤之一,其平均生存时间小于1年。
