摘要
针对凿岩钻车在井下作业中存在的共振、卡钎、断钎及定位不准等问题,建立了JCZY-282型液压凿岩钻车的数字样机,采用ANSYS软件对钻臂推进梁进行了结构动力学模态分析,得出各阶振型变化规律和模态应力,并提出了一种新型推进梁结构形式,提高了其低阶固有频率,避免共振,提高了推进梁的动、静刚度,为后续的谐波响应分析和瞬态动力学分析打下基础。
In view of issues such as resonance,sticking,breaking and inaccurate location existing during the rocking drilling rig operating in underground mines,the digital prototype of JCZY-282 rock drilling rig is built,and ANSYS is used to carry out the modal analysis of the structural dynamics for the advancing beam of the drilling arm.Variation law of vibration mode and modal stress of each order are obtained,and a newly-structured advancing beam is offered.The natural frequency of lower orders of the new-type advancing beam increases so as to avoid resonance,and its dynamic and static stiffness enhances also,which lay foundations for subsequent harmonic response analysis and transient dynamic analysis.
