煤矸装车机的集料螺旋设计计算

Design calculation of collecting screw of coal-and-gangue loader

给出了新式煤矸装车机的结构,采用对称螺旋收集,中间刮板输送,集料和输送配套的方式。该装车机既可以装煤,又可以装矸石,解决了高瓦斯矿井的煤和矸石的装运问题。

The structure of new-type coal-and-gangue loader is provided,the loader is equipped with symmetrical screw collecting unit and the transportation is realized by the middle scraper,so as to achieve the matching of collection and transportation.The loader loads not only coal but gangue,so solves the loading of coal and gangue in mines with high gas content.
