摘要
论述了广义频率响应函数的定义和算法,将广义频率响应函数引入到裂纹转子的故障诊断中,提出了一种基于广义频率响应函数(Generalized Frequency Response Function,GFRF)的裂纹转子故障诊断方法,该方法通过辨识前3阶频域核的特性,反映不同位置的裂纹转子的特征变化。试验结果证明了该方法的有效性,高阶GFRF对裂纹故障反映敏感。
The definition and the algorithm of the generalize frequency response function(GFRF) are introduced,and the GFRF is introduced to the fault diagnosis of rotor cracks.A method of diagnosing rotor cracks based on GFRF model is proposed.In the proposed method,the preceding three orders of GFRF frequency kernels are identified so as to indicate the characteristics of the cracked rotors at different crack location.The experiment results show that the proposed method is effective,and the higher-order GFRF is sensitive to the crack fault.
