本文以我国上市商业银行作为研究对象,运用EVA价值评估方法,从多角度对影响商业银行价值最大化的驱动因素进行实证研究。实证结果表明,费用管理能力、资本实力、资产质量、客户资源以及境外战略投资者的引入,都是重要的价值驱动因素,其中不良贷款率、资本充足率、非利息收入占比等指标还会通过商誉的机制作用于银行价值。本文的研究为商业银行盈利模式转变、构建价值管理体系,尤其是实现其可持续发展提供了重要的参考价值。
