针对阳城煤矿1307综放工作面切眼倾角较大的实际情况,通过校核提运系统绞车强度,确定工作面基本支架采取工作面巷道内组装、切眼内整体下放安装,过渡支架切眼内直接安装的方法,采用相关安装工艺,制定相关安全技术措施,实现了大倾角综放工作面支架安全、快速的安装。

According to the actual conditions of the deep inclined open - off cut for the No. 1307 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Yangcheng Mine, with the winch strength of the hoisting system checked, the basic hydraulic powered supports of the coal mining face were determined to be assembled in the mining gateway and to be located and installed in the open - off cut. The transition hydraulic powered supports were be installed in the open - off cut. The related installation technique was applied and the related safety technical measures were setup. Thus the safety and rapid installation of hydraulic powered supports was realized in the deep inclined fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.
