摘要 文章选择了-0.3+0.15mm、-0.15+0.125mm和-0.125+0.074mm三个粒级的硼铁矿粉,分别与-0.074+0.045mm磁铁矿粉以不同总量配比组成两元加重质,进行流化特性的考察研究。根据试验结果,建立了多元加重质流化床的起始流化速度与平均粒度之间的回归模型和密度模型。 Base on the introduction on the study status of the fluidized bed dry coal preparation and the addition heavy medium, the ferroboron powder and the magnetite powder were applied as the multi element addition heavy medium of the air and heavy medium fluidized bed and the related experiment study was conducted. The ferroboron powder with three particles of -0. 3 +0. 15mm, -0. 15 +0. 125 mm and -0. 125 +0. 074 mm was selected. The ferroboron powders with the -0. 074 + 0. 045 mm magnetite powder could form the two element addition heavy medium with different total mixing ratio individually. An investigation study on the fluidized features was conducted. The regression model and the density model between the initial fluidized velocities and the average granularity of the multi element addition heavy were established.
