不同肥力基质条件下张氏红山茶扦插苗的生长和光合生理特性 被引量:7

摘要 通过测定张氏红山茶(Camellia changii)扦插苗的生长量和叶光合特性,探讨了不同基质、不同施肥量和施肥天数的组合对其生长的影响。结果表明:张氏红山茶净光合速率排在前5位的是处理8、处理9、处理1、处理6和处理5,净光合速率越大,张氏红山茶有机物的积累越多;蒸腾速率由大到小依次为处理1、处理8、处理6、处理9、处理4、处理5、处理3、处理10、处理7、处理2、处理11,前6个处理比其他处理消耗更多的水分;气孔导度与蒸腾速率的排序大致相同;水分利用效率最高的是处理11,其次是处理10、处理9和处理7,其他处理较低,消耗等量的水分,前4个处理比其他处理生产更多的干物质。结合树高和基径的聚类分析得出:处理1、处理5、处理6、处理8和处理9条件下更适宜栽培张氏红山茶。 A study was conducted to discuss the effects of combinations of different substrates, fertilizing amount, and fertilization intervals on the growth of Camellia changii in terms of the increment and photosynthetic characteristics of C. changii. Results indicated that the net photosynthetic rate of C. changii in treatment 8 was the highest, followed by treatment 9, treatment 1, treatment 6, and treatment 5. The organic matter accumulation of C. changii increased with increasing net photosynthetic rate. The transpiration rate of treatment 1 was the highest, followed by treatment 8, treatment 6, treatment 9, treatment 4, treatment 5, treatment 3, treatment 10, treatment 7, treatment 2, and treatment 11. The C. changii seed- lings in the first six treatments consumed more soil water. The order of stomatal conductance was similar to that of transpiration rate. The water use efficiency of treatment 11 was the highest, followed by treatment 10, treatment 9 and treatment 7, while the water use efficiency of other treatments was lower. The C. changii seedlings in the first treatments could produce more dry matter when consumed the same amount of soft water compared with other treatments. Tretwent 1, treatment 5, treatment 6, treatment 8 and treatment 9 are suitable for the cultivation of Camellia changii.
