摘要
在固定试验地内采取肉眼观察、组织解剖和物候观察的方法,对银中杨和107杨的烂皮病早期症状进行了研究。结果显示:2种杨树在早春时期均可以观察到明显不同的烂皮病症状,不同时期症状不同。银中杨病斑组织解剖后多表现为黑色坏死、腐烂,而107杨多表现为棕色坏死。2种杨树的韧皮部坏死病斑大于表皮病斑。银中杨的花芽、107杨叶芽和幼枝表皮的颜色可作为鉴别病害发生时期的物候特征。
Observation on early symptoms of cytospora canker on Poptdus alba × P. berolinensis and P. euramericana cv ＇ 74/ 76＇ was made in the fixed sample plots with the naked eye by the methods of tissue dissection and phenological observation. In early spring, distinct symptoms of cytospora canker were observed on the two species of poplars, and the symptoms were various in different periods. Tissue dissection of the infected spots showed that P, alba × P, berolinensis exhibited black necrosis and decay, while P. euramericana cv ＇ 74/76＇ showed brown necrosis. The infected spot of phloem necrosis was bigger than that of epidermal necrosis. Colors of flower buds of P. alba × P. berolinensis, leaf buds and tender branches of P. euramericana cv ＇ 74/76＇ can be used as the phenological characteristics to distinguish cytospora canker.
