About the year of 2001,the market of China began to appear the public logistics information platform,the service content of which is ' Freight Load Matching'.The business philosophy of information platforms based on the highway freight information dissemination seemed,at that time,to be ahead of times;but after years of market veteran,it had not been transformed into real business benefits.Nevertheless,in the past ten years,there have been a large number of people entering this field,especially abound theyear of 2009,as one of nine key construction projects in Logistics Industry Restructuring & Revitalization Plan,local governments have built up public information platforms for the development of the local logistics industry.Now,it seems that,no matter they are small businesses with private capital or stateowned enterprises,the domestic public logistics information platforms have not found a suitable business model.How to achieve sustainable and healthy functioning model of the platforms has become the problem most logistics informa-tion platform operators are facing.
