浅议国内通信设计行业的知识产权问题

Brief Discussion on the Communications Design Industry's Inteellectual Property of China

通信设计咨询服务单位在信息产业链中起着关键的作用,但目前通信设计行业在知识产权保护方面却只是冰山一角。本文首先分析了国内各通信设计单位知识产权现状、特点、趋势和存在的问题,在此基础上提出了笔者的一些解决建议,为提高通信设计行业知识产权水平作一点参考。

Communications designing which provides consultations and servings for information industry is playing a key role.Howeve,its intelIectual property rights is just a tip of the iceberg.First of all ,the paper analyzes the status quo, characteristic, trend and the issue of in-country communications designing units.On those bases, I provide some personal suggestions for improving the intellectual property rights level of communications designing industry.
