摘要 针对精密机床采用的交流伺服系统中,输出快速无超调地跟踪输入指令,控制精度高的要求,利用重复补偿控制的优点,将其与PID控制相结合形成一种基于重复补偿的PID控制结构,用于精密机床中交流伺服系统的位置控制,并在此基础上着重讨论了滤波器对控制效果的影响。从仿真结果可以看出,该控制方法提高了交流伺服系统对周期信号的跟踪精度。因精密机床常常进行重复性加工,在进行重复加工时各个自由度的输入信号为周期信号,因而所讨论的方法在精密机床领域有着很好的应用前景。 For now AC servo system is used frequently by precision machine tools, it requires more about the precision. It requires thatthe output has no overshoot but fast track the input commands and the control accuracy is higher. We bring forward anew control structure based on repeating compensation by taking advantage of repeat compensation control and combining the PID control method. This kind of control structure is used in position control by the servo system of precision machine tools, further more we have a discussion about the infection on the control effect of filter. Analysis of simulation results shows that the control method improves the AC servo system' s tracking accuracy of periodic signal. As the precision machine tools often do some repeating process, when the input signal of each degree of freedom is periodic signal, the method discussed in this paper has a a good prospect in the field of precision machine tools.
