摘要
针对球磨机控制的难点和不足,提出了一种基于料位软测量技术的球磨机优化控制方法。首先,在分析球磨机系统特性和振动特性的基础上,确定了料位软测量的辅助变量。其次,基于最小二乘支持向量机算法,给出了一种球磨机料位软测量方法,并通过现场实测数据进行料位检测,结果表明该软测量方法的精度较高;最后,在料位软测量的基础上,提出了一种球磨机负荷模糊控制算法。仿真和应用结果表明,该控制方法具有较好的动态特性和鲁棒性,能够实现球磨机优化运行。
Aiming at the disadvantage of control method for ball mill, a new optimize control strategy for ball mill system is proposedwhich is based on mill fill level soft sensor technology. Firstly, the system characteristic and vibration characteristic of ball mill system are analyzed. And the assistant variables of soft sensor are determined. Then, the soft sensor model for fill level is established based on LS-SVM algorithm. Based on practical data of power plant, the soft sensor model of fill level is given. The result show that measure accurate of the mehod proposed in this paper is higher than other algorthm. Finally, a fuzzy control method for ball mill load is proposed on the basis of fill level measurement. Simulation and practical application results demonstrate that fuzzy control algorithm has greater dynamic performance and robustness. The objective of optimize operation fur ball mill system can be realized by load automatically control.
