摘要
针对日益增加的私家车辆所带来的"停车难"问题,设计了一种基于GSM网络的停车场车位管理系统。通过车位控制器的方式实现对车位状态的监控,系统通信主节点采用RS485总线的方式将各个车位节点的状态收集起来,并且通过GSM通信网络传送给管理主机,管理主机接收来自各通信主节点发送的车位信息,从而实现对邻近公共停车场状态的统一调度管理。车主可以通过手机短消息或Web的形式查询各停车场的状态。系统节点采用的微控制器为CYPRESS公司的一款PSoC,是一款低功耗并且系统资源可配置的芯片。通过本设计方法实现的车位管理系统可以实现对邻近停车场车位的动态分配,合理利用现有资源,缓解了停车压力,对于土地资源紧张的一线城市,是一种解决"停车难"问题的有效方法。
A GSM-based management system is designed for parking to solve the problem of‘Parking hard' caused by the increasingnumber of private vehicles. The detection & control of parking spaces is realized through parking controller, each communication master node collects states of parking spaces via RS485 bus, and then transfers them to the management PC via GSM network. The management PC receives parking spaces' states from each master node; this realization method could manage resources of each adjacent public parking lot uniformly. Users can check parking status by SMS or web. This system chooses PSoC from CYPRESS as the MCU of each node, which is a kind of chip with lower power consumption and resources configurable. This designing method of parking' management system could allocate parking spaces in nearby parking lot dynamically, use existing resources rationally, and relax parking pressure. It is a good way for each tight first-tier city of land resources to solve the problem of ' Parking hard'.
