摘要
随着GML形式数据的大量涌现,如何对其进行有效的存储和管理,已经成为GML应用研究的热点之一。本文借鉴现有的本原XML数据库存储技术,设计并实现了一种既能支持GML文档集的高效集约存储,同时又可以满足GML要素和结构语义信息提取的本原GML数据库系统。在此基础上,分析了本原GML数据库系统的内涵,设计了其体系结构并构建了系统原型。通过和开源本原XML数据库系统在存储性能上的对比,本文所构建的本原GML数据库原型系统能够满足较大数据量的GML存储,并且存储时间长短和存储文件大小与目前流行的开源本原XML数据库相近。
As the spatial data in GML format is emerging in multitude, storing and managing GML data efficiently has become a research hotspot. After analyzing the studies on GML storage and Native XML database technology, this paper proposed a native GML database system which provided efficient storage of GML document collection and supported spatial, semantic and semi-structural charactcristics of GML data. The architecture and characteristics of the system was provided. A prototype system named NativeGMLDB was provided to prove the feasibility and the validity of the research. Through the comparison between NativeGMLDB and open source natiw XML database system, NativeGMLDB was proved to be more effective. It could satisfy large data storage and need similar storage time and similar storage space to the native XML database systems which are popular recently.
