砷对儿童健康影响的研究进展

砷对人类健康存在多方面的危害。由于儿童正处在快速的生长发育期，全身各个系统，尤其是神经系统极易受到环境中砷的危害，不仅增加各个系统相应疾病的发病率，而且会导致儿童认知能力降低，视知觉能力、注意力、语言和记忆力的损害。该文就近年来砷对儿童健康影响的文献进行综述，主要介绍了砷的研究背景、人体的暴露途径、体内的代谢、对儿童健康的危害及生物监测。

The health hazards of arsenic are various. Since children are in the period of rapid growth and development, nervous system is more Vulnerable to the arsenic exposure in the environment. Not only does it increase the incidence of the corresponding disease in each system, but also results in neurotoxicological impairments including＇ poor cognitive performance and disturbances in visual perception, psychomotor speed, attention, speech and memory. The progress in the field of effects of arsenic on children＇s health were reviewed in this article, it introduced the background of arsenic, human exposure pathways, metabolism of the human body, health hazards to children and biological monitoring.
