摘要 胃食管反流病是由反流引起的具有临床表现的综合征，是儿科常见的上消化道动力障碍性疾病。该病的诊断主要依靠临床症状和相关检查联合判断，治疗分为一般治疗、药物治疗、手术治疗和其他治疗，其中抑酸剂中质子泵抑制剂最为常用。 Gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD） is a common upper gastrointestinal tract dysfunctional disease in paediatrics, which has specifical clinical manifestations due to reflux. GERD can be diagnosed by clinical symptoms associated with related examinations. The treatment of GERD involves general treatment, medication, surgery. Proton pump inhibitor is the most frequently used drug.
