民主革命时期中国共产党党费收缴情况的历史考察＊

A Historical Investigation of Collection and Payment of Party Membership Dues within the Communist Party of China during the Democratic Revolution

在民主革命时期,由于组织生存环境险恶,党的职业革命家没有收入来源以及组织大发展带来的整体素质下降等原因,党员多不能按时缴纳党费。为走出党费收缴的困境,中国共产党进行了不懈探索,并逐步走出了形式主义的误区。总结党费收缴的经验教训,组织建设必须兼顾地区与个体的差异;透过党费收缴中的矛盾冲突可以看出,组织在改造个体的同时,个体也在塑造着组织。

During the democratic revolution, due to the perilous position of the Party organizations, no regular pay for the career revolutionaries and the lowering of the overall quality of Party members as a result of big expansion, most Party members did not pay Party membership dues in time. In order to extricate itself from the difficulties in connection with the Party membership dues, the Communist Party of China made unremitting explorations and gradually got out of the errors of formalism. Summarizing the experiences and lessons in the collection and pay- ment of Party membership dues, we get to know that we must take into account the regional and individual differences in the development of Party organizations. We can also see from the contradictions and conflicts in the collection and payment of Party membership dues that while the Party organization transformed the individual members the latter also remolded the former.
