单因素考察活性炭脱除麦冬多糖色素 被引量:6

Decolorization Technology of Polysaccharide from Ophiopogonis Radix with Activated Carbon by Single Factor Test

摘要 目的:优化麦冬粗多糖除色素的工艺。方法:以活性炭为吸附剂,选择多糖溶液质量浓度、活性炭用量、脱色时间、脱色温度等4方面进行单因素考察。结果:脱除麦冬多糖色素的最佳条件为多糖溶液质量浓度为5 g.L-1,加入2%的活性炭,在50℃温度下脱色30 min。结论:该脱色方法为麦冬多糖进一步纯化提供了基础。 Objective:To optimize the decolorization technology of polysaccharide from Ophiopogonis Radix.Method:Activated carbon was used as adsorbent.Concentration of polysaccharides,the amount of activated carbon,decolorization time as well as decolorization temperature were selected as experiment factors by single factor test.Result:The optimum decolorization process was as follows:concentration of polysaccharides was 5 g·L-1,the amount of activated carbon was 2%,the temperature was at 50 ℃,the time was 30 min.Conclusion:The technology can establish foundation for the further purification of polysaccharide from Ophiopogonis Radix.
