摘要
目的:优选川芎微波提取的最佳条件。方法:以阿魏酸的提取率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交表进行试验。结果:川芎微波提取的最佳工艺为10倍药材量40%乙醇,微波功率160 W,提取2次,每次2 min。结论:该优化工艺稳定可行,可提高提取效率。
Objective:To determine the optimum microwave-assisted extraction process for Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Method:The process was selected by orthogonal design with the transfer rate of ferulic acid as index.Result:The optimum extraction conditions was as follows:extracting twice with 10 times amount of 40% ethanol for 2 min.The microwave power was 160 W.Conclusion:The optimum extraction process was stable,feasible and could improve extraction efficiency.
