摘要
目的:优选川芎微波提取的最佳条件。方法:以阿魏酸的提取率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交表进行试验。结果:川芎微波提取的最佳工艺为10倍药材量40%乙醇,微波功率160 W,提取2次,每次2 min。结论:该优化工艺稳定可行,可提高提取效率。
Objective：To determine the optimum microwave-assisted extraction process for Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Method：The process was selected by orthogonal design with the transfer rate of ferulic acid as index.Result：The optimum extraction conditions was as follows：extracting twice with 10 times amount of 40% ethanol for 2 min.The microwave power was 160 W.Conclusion：The optimum extraction process was stable,feasible and could improve extraction efficiency.
