淡豆豉提取物对乳腺癌细胞增殖的抑制作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨淡豆豉提取物抑制乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖及其相关的氧化应激机制。方法:用不同剂量(100,200,400,800μg.mL-1)淡豆豉提取物作用于乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7细胞,以MTT法检测细胞增殖率,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡率和细胞内活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)的变化。结果:低剂量淡豆豉提取物抑制MCF-7细胞增殖,但无凋亡发生,伴随细胞内ROS降低。高浓度淡豆豉提取物作用后细胞增殖抑制率明显增加(P<0.01),细胞出现大量凋亡,并伴随细胞内ROS明显升高。结论:淡豆豉提取物具有剂量依赖的抑制癌细胞增殖作用,不同剂量的淡豆豉提取物通过对乳腺癌细胞内氧应激状态的调节参与了其抗肿瘤细胞增殖作用的机制。
