摘要
采用在磷酸及草酸溶液中加入添加剂的方法制备了铝多孔氧化膜,借助扫描电镜分析了多孔氧化膜的微观结构,讨论了不同组成电解质溶液对铝多孔氧化膜膜胞尺寸的影响。结果表明,通过在磷酸和草酸溶液中添加少量添加剂,可以在60~500 V的氧化电压内获得多孔氧化膜。得到膜胞尺寸最大可达1.3μm;膜胞尺寸随着氧化电压的升高呈线性升高趋势。
Anodic aluminum membrane (AAM) was prepared by adding the additive into oxalic and phosphoric acid solution. The morphology of RAM was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of different electrolytic compositions on the size of AAM cells were studied. Porous aluminum films were obtained by adding the additive in oxalic and phosphoric acid solution within 60-500 V oxide voltage, and the largest cell size was 1.3μm, The cell size increased linearly with the increase of the oxidation voltage.
