摘要
研制了一种环氧带锈底漆,采用钼酸锌与三聚磷酸铝组成锈转化颜料体系取代了传统的铬酸盐应用于涂料中。涂料的各项测试指标显示涂膜性能已经完全达到工业标准。
An antieorrosion epoxy rust primer was prepared, The pigment system of rust converting composed of zinc molybdate and aluminum triphosphate was applied to the anticorrosive coatings to substitute chromate. The various testing standards of coatings showed that the properties of coating completely achieves the industrial standard.
