脱氧新羟曲霉酸产生菌2101的分类鉴别 被引量:1

摘要 从土壤中分离到一株真菌菌株2101,经鉴定该菌株发酵产物2101C是新结构化合物—脱氧新羟曲霉酸。通过rDNA-ITS和β-tubulin等基因序列的分析比对得到与Aspergillus属中相似性较高的3株菌株(Aspergillus persii、Aspergillus bridgeri和Aspergillus sclerotiorum),结合传统真菌分类方法与这三株菌进行比对,菌株2101定名为Aspergillus sclerotiorum。 The train 2101 produced desoxyneohydroxyaspergillic acid was isolated from soil. Phylogenetic analysis of the rDNA-ITS and 13-tubulin gene sequence showed that strain 2101 was affiliated with the genus Aspergillus.It was related most closely to Aspergillus persii, Aspergillus bridgeri and Aspergillus sclerotiorum. According to the traditional classification,strain 2101 was identified to be Aspergillus sclerotiorum.
