HPLC法测定心通滴丸中丹酚酸B的含量

Determination of Salvianolicacid B in Xintong Droping Pills by HPLC

目的:建立测定心通滴丸中丹酚酸B含量的HPLC。方法:C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),甲醇-1.7%甲酸(40∶60),流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长为286nm。结果:丹酚酸B的线性范围为0.323～1.939mg,加样回收率为98.10%。结论:该方法简便可行,结果可靠,可用于心通滴丸中丹酚酸B的含量测定。

Objective：To establish a method for content determination of salvianolicacid B in xintong droping pills by HPLC.Methods：HPLC was used with Spherisorb C18 column （4.6mm×150mm,5 μm） , with 1.7 % formic acid -methanol （60： 40） used as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 286nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^-1. Results：The linear response range lay in 0. 323mg - 1. 939mg, the average recoveries of paeoniflorin was 98.10%. Conclusion：This method was proved to be simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of xintong dropping pills.
