高脂血症中医证候实质研究进展

Research Progress on TCM Syndrome of Hyperlipemia

通过查阅CNKI、维普近20年与高脂血症中医证候研究的相关文献,从证候的选择、客观指标选择,证候与客观指标相关性三个方面,探讨其最新研究进展。发现当前高脂血症中医证候实质研究虽已取得一定成果,但仍存在辨证标准、纳入标准欠统一、研究指标相对局限等问题。今后应通过统一标准,开展多中心、大样本临床调研,加强病证结合动物模型研究,鼓励多学科联合研究等,推动高脂血症中医证候实质的进一步发展。

Searching the articles about researches of TCM syndrome of hyperlipemia in the past 20 years in CNKI and VIP INFORMATION,the article concluded the research progress on TCM syndrome of hyperlipemia in three parts,including the chosen of TCM syndrome and biochemical indexes and the relalive with biochemical indexes. Although research progress had been made in recent years, there were some points had to be solved,like the differences of identify TCM syndrome and the limitations of indicators. To promote the further development of studies of hyperlipemia TCM syndrome,we should use the same standard,then start multi - center,large sample clinical investigation ; develop the research of animal model of disease and syndrome, and encourage multidisciplinary joint research.
