Construction of Science Intermediary Network System

以科技中介机构在创新网络中的信息中枢地位为基点,从不同逻辑构建以科技中介为核心的网络体系。首先,以技术交易的时间顺序为逻辑,从目标层、技术输出层、技术中介层、技术服务层、技术采纳层等不同环节构筑科技服务中介服务体系;其次,基于空间逻辑,构建跨地域、跨行业,以科技中介机构有效结盟为主要特色的科技中介服务网络体系;最后,结合科技中介服务体系的构成要素,构建基于内容逻辑的服务体系。

This paper is based on the backbone status of the technology intermediary in the innovation network and builds a network system which take technology intermediary as core factor from different logic aspects. First, based on the logic of time order of technolo- gy transaction, it builds a technology intermediary service system from different level such as target layer, technical output layer, technology intermediary layer, technical service layer and technology adoption layer. Second, based on space logic, it builds a technology intermediary service network system which is cross-regional and cross-industry, with the characteristic of technology intermediary institutions effective alliances. Last, combined with the inscapes of technology intermediary service system, it builds a service system based on content logic.
