摘要
针对金属带式无级变速器传动效率低、传递功率受到一定限制的主要缺陷,提出一种非带无级变速传动系统,采用机电一体化控制并结合功率分流来实现无级变速,借助AMESim高级建模仿真环境对非带无级变速传动系统建模和仿真,验证其实现无级变速的可行性,并完成了实物模型的试验,为研制和开发这类新型的无级变速器提供了依据。
For the metal belt continuously variable transmission' s low transmission efficiency and limited transmission power for some main defects ,the non-beh continuously variable transmission system is been proposed. This system adopting the mechatron- ics control and combining the power split to realize continuously variable transmission. Modeling and simulation for the system de- signed with AMESim( Advanced Modeling Environment for performing Simulations of engineering systems) ,verifying its feasibility to realize continuously variable transmission, and completing the physical model experiment. This study will provide effective gist for the researching and exploiting of this new type of continuously variable transmission.
