摘要
按不同种液比用自来水拌种后,在室内条件下吸湿种子按一定蒸发率脱水,随着蒸发时间的延长,残留水质量逐渐降低。当水分残留率为1%时,B粒径等级种子各处理的水分累计蒸发时间分别需1 447.8,218.0,126.8,82.5,52.0 min,推荐拌种用种液比为20∶1,30∶1,40∶1,50∶1;C粒径等级种子各处理的水分累计蒸发时间分别需224.0,122.5,43.3,(少于)43.3,(不到)43.3 min,推荐拌种用种液比为10∶1,20∶1,30∶1。要考虑累计蒸发时间、拌种用种液比、种子本身含水量及粒径比例,确定水分残留率标准。在吸湿种子脱水时,应控制空气相对湿度在70%以下。
The results showed: Seeds dressed with water in different seed liquid rates dehydrated at a certain evaporation rate under indoor conditions; As the extension of evaporation time, residual water quality reduced gradually. When residual water rate was at 1%, the cumulative water evaporation time of B size seed in each treatment was 1 447.8, 218.0, 126.8, 82.5, 52.0 minutes respectively, and the recommended liquid ratio for seed dressing was 20 : 1, 30 : 1, 40 : 1, or 50 : 1 respectively; When the cumulative evaporation of water content of C size seed in each treatment was 224.0, 122.5, 43.3, (less than ) 43.3 and (less than ) 43.3 minutes respectively, liquid ratio of recommended types of seed dressing was 10 : 1, 20 : 1, or 30 : 1 respectively. To decide the standard for the residual moisture rate, cumulative evaporation time, liquid ratio of seed dressing, water content and seed size are needed to be considered. During dehydration of hygroscopic seed, air relative humidity should be conlrolled below 70%.
