摘要
生物治理盐碱地是一项省工省时、行之有效的方法。以GPIT生物制剂对盐碱地玉米进行了试验示范,通过播前浸种、营养生长阶段以200倍液叶面喷施2次的方法进行处理。结果表明,玉米出苗率明显提高,根系发达、生长健壮、抗病力强、单株粒质量、百粒质量都有明显提高,产量提高55.6%,说明GPIT生物制剂在盐碱地治理开发利用中所产生的效果十分明显。
The biological management of saline-alkali soil is a labor-saving time-saving effective method. Some experiments and demonstrations of GPIT (Gene Phenotype Induction Technology) technology for maize in saline-alkali soil have been made with method of soaking seeds before planting and twice aerosol spraying of 200-fold concentration at vegetative growth stage. The results showod that the germination rate was significantly improved, well developed root system, robust growth, strong disease resistance, seed weight per plant, hundred seeds weight all had been markedly improved, and yield increassed by 55.6%. The result suggests GPIT biological agents have an outstanding effect and function in the saline-alkali soil treatment, development and utilization.
