西大峪小流域综合治理效益评价

Benefits Evaluation of Small Watershed Comprehensive Management in XDY

运用层次分析法对西大峪小流域综合治理7 a来的生态、经济、社会以及综合效益进行了科学系统地分析与评价。结果显示:小流域综合治理后,生态效益指数为0.51,比治理前(0.30)增加了70%;经济效益指数为0.74,比治理前提高了25.4%;社会效益指数为0.43,比治理前提高了16.2%;综合效益指数为0.6,比治理前提高了39.5%。

Taking the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, present study systematically analyzed and scientifically evaluated the ecological and economic, social and comprehensive benefits in recent 7 years of small watersheds in XDY. The main research results were as follows： When comprehensive management of small watershed was implemented, ecological efficiency index in the year of 2010 was 0.51, higher than in the year of 2003, which was 0.30, increasing by 70%. The economic efficiency index roached 0.74, increasing by 25.4% compared with that of the before, the social index of small watershed reached 0.43, increasing by 16.2% than before. The overall efficiency index reached 0.6, which increased by 39.5% compared with before.
