污水处理厂运行绩效管理信息系统设计研究

Design of Operation Performance Management System of WWTP

针对我国城市污水处理厂运行效率低、缺乏有效监管、运行模式粗放的现状,设计开发了污水处理厂运行绩效管理信息系统(WWTP-PMS),为污水处理厂运行绩效管理工作提供信息平台和管理工具。该系统采用三层结构,基于B/S模式开发,由数据采集、数据管理、指标算法、过程管理、权限管理、结果展示等模块组成。该系统可为污水处理厂运行绩效的综合评价与管理提供完善的数字化解决方案,对污水处理行业绩效管理工作的开展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Aimed at the problems of WWTP, such as low operation efficiency, lack of effective supervision, and extensive operation mode, an operation performance management system of WWTP was designed and developed. Based on three-tier B/S architecture, the system consists of data collection module, data management module, index algorithm module, process management module, user right management module and result display module. The system can provide a perfect digital solution for the evaluation and management of WWTP performance, and it can be used as a reference to implement the performance management in wastewater treatment industry.
