摘要
在利用暴雨资料推求洪峰流量和洪水过程线时,水利工程通常采用综合单位线、推理公式、经验公式、净雨过程法计算,而排水工程则采用《室外排水设计规范》(GB 50014—2006)及《城市水文学》中的公式计算雨水流量。两种专业方法并行存在了多年,各有其适用范围,但在实际使用中,相互间往往存在一定的误解,甚至误用。对水利工程和排水工程中降雨量计算、产流方法的来源和过程进行系统对比分析,表明两者的标准是同等意义的。此外,对各方法选用及参数优化、率定提出建议。
When stormwater data are used to derive flood peak flow and flood hydrograph, water conservancy projects adopt the synthetic unit hydrograph, derivation formula, empirical formula and net rainfall process approach, while drainage projects adopt the derivation formula in Code for Design of Outdoor Wastewater Engineering (GB 50014 -2006) or Urban Hydrology to calculate runoff. There is a certain misunderstanding and even misuse in the actual use, though the two professional ways coexist for many years, each with its own scope of application. The sources and process of calculation methods for rainfall amount and runoff used in the water conservancy projects and the drainage projects are compared and analyzed, showing that the standards for the both are equivalent. In addition, the selection of different methods and the optimization and calibration of parameters are suggested.
