摘要
无锡市某污水处理厂扩建工程设计规模为23 000 m3/d,采用膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺,出水采用臭氧接触消毒工艺,设计出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级A标准。介绍了该工程的概况、工艺流程、构筑物设计参数和设备配置情况,并总结分析了MBR工艺设计的经验体会。
The design capacity of extension project in a Wuxi municipal sewage treatment plant is 23 000 m^2/d. The membrane bioreator(MBR) and ozone disinfection are applied. The effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002 ). The general situation, process flow, design parameters of structures and equipment configuration of this project are introduced. The experience of MBR design is also summarized and analyzed.
