Application of MSBR Process in Typical High-concentration Municipal Wastewater Treatment in Northern China

摘要 北方某典型城镇污水处理厂新建工程采用MSBR脱氮除磷处理工艺,该工程进水水质不仅具有典型高浓度城镇污水的特征,而且受场地条件限制,在生化反应单元设计中采用了深池型MSBR(有效水深达到8.8 m),在工艺调试过程中受多种因素影响,出现了污泥膨胀、集气等现象,导致MSBR工艺的序批反应段无法实现正常的泥水分离功能,通过采取多种措施较好地解决了上述问题,处理出水水质达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。 MSBR process for nitrogen and phosphorus removal is used in the new expansion project of a typical WWTP in northern China. The influent of the project is characterized by typical high-concentration municipal wastewater. Due to the limited land space, the water depth of MSBR process has to reach 8.8 m. Because of various influencing factors, sludge bulking and air accumulation occurred during the commissioning, which resulted in that sludge-water separation could not be normally realized in the MSBR sequence-reaction basin. Several measures were taken to solve the above-mentioned problems. The effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002).
