摘要
合肥市某污水处理厂采用微曝气氧化沟和化学除磷微絮凝过滤工艺,处理规模为5×104 m3/d,处理出水水质设计达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。但运行以来,出水TN、TP超标。通过对该厂的工艺流程以及进、出水水质情况和运行参数等进行分析,探讨TN、TP超标的原因,并从设计和运行方面,分析了TN、TP达标应注意的问题,对国内同类城市污水处理厂的设计和运行具有参考价值。
A WWTP in Hefei adopts micro-aeration oxidation ditch and chemical phosphorus removal micro-flocculation filtration process. Its capacity is 5×10^4m^3/d, Its design effluent meets the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). However, since its operation, TN and TP of the effluent have exceeded the standard. By analyzing the process flow, the influent and effluent quality and operation parameters, the reasons for TN and TP exceeding the standard are discussed, and problems needing attention for TN and TP meeting the standard are analyzed to provide reference for operation and design of similar domestic WWTPs.
