台州市椒江污水处理尾水深海排放管道二期工程污水排放规模为10×104 m3/d,工程内容为陆上放流管道、水下放流管道(水下顺岸放流管道、水下垂岸放流管道)、扩散器、上升竖管、高位井、管线上的结构(管桥、锚索式柔性基础平台、镇墩、直埋式伸缩节、绝缘接头和挡桩等)。海上管道主要由水下顺岸放流管道、水下垂岸放流管道和扩散器组成。陆上放流管道长为1 997m,水下顺岸放流管道长为1 765 m,水下垂岸放流管道长为834 m,扩散器长为108 m,管道全长为4 704 m。详细介绍了该管道工程的施工方案,以供参考。
The wastewater discharge capacity of the second phase project of deep-sea discharge pipeline of tail water from Jiaojiang Sewage Treatment Plant is 10×10^4m^3/d. The project contents in- clude onshore discharge pipeline, underwater discharge pipeline (underwater along-shore discharge pipe-line and underwater cross-shore discharge pipeline) , discharge diffuser, elevated riser, high-level well, pipeline structures (pipe bridge, anchor type flexible foundation platform, town pier, burying type expansion joints, insulating joint and block pile and so on). Offshore pipeline is mainly composed of under-water along-shore discharge pipeline, underwater cross-shore discharge pipeline and diffuser. Onshore discharge pipeline length is 1 997 m, underwater along-shore discharge pipeline length is 1 765 m, underwater cross-shore discharge pipeline length is 834 m, diffuser length is 108 m, and the total pipeline length is 4 704 m.
