基于形态特征和ITS序列分析对湖南松菌的分类鉴定

Identification and Classification of Lactarius section Deliciosus Strains from Hunan Province Based on Morphological Features and ITS Sequencing

基于子实体及孢子的形态特征,结合ITS序列分析对湖南省松林中分布最多的4种松菌进行分类鉴定。样品CSUFTHH1、CSUFTHH2、CSUFTZJ和CSUFTHY分别鉴定为乳菇属未知种(Lactariussp.)、松乳菇(L.deliciosus)、橙红乳菇(L.akahatsu)以及红汁乳菇(L.hatsudake)。

Four Lactarius strains, CSUFTHH1 .CSUFTHH2 .CSUFTZJ and CSUFTHY, were collected from Hunan Province and identified as Lactarius sp., L. deliciosus, L. akahatsu and Lactarius hatsudake, respectively on the basis of fruit body and spore morphology, and ITS sequencing data.
