摘要
将葡萄蔓作为金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)的栽培基质,对菌丝长速进行测定,从4个菌株中筛选出新河大F1为分解葡萄蔓的最优菌株。以新河大F1为供试菌株进行最优配方的筛选,确定培养基最佳配方为:葡萄蔓60%、棉籽壳30%、麸皮9%、石灰1%,葡萄蔓可作为金针菇栽培基质加以利用。
Vine trimmings were included as a component of substrates used to cultivate four strains of Flarnrnulina velutipes. One of these strains, F1, was selected on the basis of its ability to grow on substrates containing vine trimmings, and mycelial growth rates and vigor were determined on seven different substrate formulae. The optimum composition for F1 cultivation was 60% vine trimmings, 30% cotton seed hulls, together with 9% wheat bran and 1% lime. Our data demonstrated that vine trimmings were suitable for inclusion in substrates used to cultivate F. velutipes.
