摘要
研究了09MnNiDR耐低温高韧性压力容器钢的热处理工艺及相应的组织与性能。通过对正火和正火+回火后试验钢的组织和力学性能进行对比分析,确定了最佳的热处理工艺,热轧钢板经870~920℃正火+640~680℃回火的热处理后所得钢板综合性能较好满足国标及用户要求。
The heat treatment process and the consequential microstructure and properties of 09MnNiDR low-temperature and high-toughness pressure vessel steel were studied.Through comparsion of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the specimens between normalizing,and normalizing+tempering,the optimum heat treatment process was determined: after normalizing at 870-920 ℃ and tempering at 640-680 ℃,comprehensive properties of the hot rolled steel plates could well satisfy the requirements of national standard and users.
