摘要
根据销轨材质ZG35CrMnSi钢的特点,通过热处理工艺试验,并对销轨的力学性能进行了分析比较,制定出提高ZG35CrMnS钢销轨强韧性的合理的热处理工艺。结果表明,销轨铸造后经完全退火、正火,再进行亚温淬火+高温回火可获得高的强度和韧性,可以实现材料的强韧化。
Heat treatment process tests were carried out for ZG35CrMnSi steel pin rail according to the characteristics of ZG35CrMnSi steel.Mechanical properties of the pin rail after heat treatment were tested and compared,and a proper heat treatment process was determined for improving the strength and toughness of pin rail.The results show that high strength and toughness of the pin rail can be obtained after full annealing,normalizing then intercritical hardening and high temperature tempering.Therefore,the strengthening and toughening of ZG35CrMnSi steel pin rail can be realized.
