发动机控制系统驱动级诊断自动测试系统开发

摘要 出于减少发动机控制系统的应用标定工作量,提高项目发布质量为目的,以发动机电控系统驱动级诊断的标定及发布为应用案例,以LabCar仿真测试环境为基础,开发了发动机控制系统驱动级诊断自动测试系统,并应用在实际项目匹配与项目发布中,在减少项目标定工作量的同时,进一步确保项目发布的质量。 In order to reduce the calibration effort and improve the project release quality for the engine control system, based on the hardware-in-loop simulation environment of LabCar, the automatic test system is developed and implemented in project calibration and release for powerstage diagnosis. By introducing the automatic test to replace the conventional manual test in the calbration of powerstage diagnosis, the calibration effort is reduced largely and the poject release quality is also improved.
