摘要
在分析大科学模式内涵的基础上,回顾了我国重大科研项目大科学模式的历史经验和运行机制,根据我国实施重大科研项目大科学模式的内部技术进步压力和外部技术发展形势,提出了我国实施重大科研项目大科学模式的对策。
This paper reviewed history experiments of big science mode in our country＇s great R＆D project, and its big science management mode and operation mechanism based on meanings of big science. The paper put forwards some countermeasure of implementing big science mode to great R＆D projects based on our country＇s pressure of inner technology progress and situation of exterior technology development.
