摘要
WB36钢管(%:0.16C、0.46~0.47Si、1.02~1.05Mn、0.008~0 010P、0.00IS、0.29~0.30Mo、1.17~1.20Ni、0.58Cu、0.02Nb、0.05 Al)冶金流程为45 t EAF-LF-VD-Φ600 mm铸坯-穿孔,ΦP600 m×70 mm-Φ720周期轧管机组轧制.通过控制环形炉加热气氛,均热段温度~1 250℃,穿孔温度1 100℃,随后毛管在周期轧管机中以三向压应力状态进行轧制,WB36钢管淬-回火后的组织为铁素体+贝氏体。
Metallurgical flow sheet for production of WB36 steel tube ( % : 0. 16C, 0. 46 - 0. 47Si, 1.02 - 1.05Mn, 0. 008 -0. 010P, 0. 001S, 0. 29 -0. 30Mo, 1. 17 - 1.20Ni, 0. 58Cu, 0. 02Nb, 0. 05A1) is 45 t EAF-LF-VD-qb600 mm casting bloom-piercing, φ600 mm ×70 mm-φ720 Pilger mill roiling. With controlling heating atmosphere in circular rota- ting furnace, temperature at soaking zone - 1 250℃, piercing temperature 1 100℃ , then blank tube roiling with three-dimensional stress by Pilger Mill, the structure of quenched-tempered WB36 steel tube is ferrite + bainite, its mechanical properties at ambient and elevated temperature, and weldability all meet the requirement of EN10216-2 standard.
