摘要
运用1995—2007年中国高技术产业分行业面板数据,以新产品销售收入为创新产出,研发资本存量和研发人员全时当量为创新投入,通过建立超越对数形式的随机前沿模型,实证检验了企业规模、市场结构及产权结构等因素对创新效率的影响。主要的研究发现有:与柯布-道格拉斯生产函数相比,超越对数生产函数更适宜表达中国的创新生产过程;企业规模、市场竞争对创新效率有显著的线性正向影响;国有产权和三资产权比重对创新效率均产生抑制作用;是否控制技术机会将影响结果的稳定性。
Based on the panel data of China's high-tech industry during 1995-2007, this study conducted an empirical analysis on the impact of firm size, market structure and ownership structure on innovation efficiency by using the stochastic frontier analysis method. The inputs are R&D capital inventory and full-time equivalent R&D personnel, while the output is the new product sales. Our results show that the translog function is better than Cobb-Douglas production function to express the knowl- edge production process in China;both the firm size and market have significantly positive effect on innovation efficiency, but both state owned enterprises ownership and foreign investment ownership have significantly negative effect on it ; controlling technology or not will affect? the stability of the results.
