摘要
对从国外引进的256份油用亚麻品种资源的8个主要农艺性状进行了主成分和系统聚类分析与评价,结果表明:1)主要农艺性状的变异系数为17.51%~92.43%,表明各材料间农艺性状遗传变异丰富,类型广泛;2)主成分分析将主要农艺性状凝聚为4个主成分,分别为"单株果数因子"、"株高因子"、"千粒重因子"和"果粒数因子",这4个主成分对总变异的贡献率分别为33.85%、25.95%、16.32%和12.05%,累计贡献率为88.17%;3)系统聚类分析将256份品种资源在欧氏距离D=34.42水平上聚为六大类群,综合农艺性状较好的材料主要集中在第Ⅲ、第Ⅳ类群,包括76份材料,这些材料株高适中,单株分茎、分枝能力强,单株果数多,单株生产力高,综合农艺性状优良,作为优异基因资源可以进一步开发利用。
Principal components analysis and cluster analysis of 256 introduced flax germplasm were carried out based on 8 main agronomic traits.The major results were∶ 1) The variations of 8 main agronomic traits ranged from 17.51% to 92.43%,which indicated that the diversity of materials was significant.2) The principal components analysis showed that the first four PCs,which might be regarded as grain yield component factor(33.85%),plant height factor(25.95%),1 000-seeds weight factor(16.32%) and seeds per fruit factor(12.05%),account for 88.17% of variation among the cultivars.3) Through cluster analysis,all cultivars were classified into six groups at the level of D=34.42.The 76 cultivars with excellent agronomic traits were mostly in Group III and group IV.
