摘要
目前国内的PVC市场已经产能过剩,PVC企业只有利用产业链扩充,才能增强竞争力。投资生产PVC下游产品,必然涉及到生产计划问题。在复杂的市场环境下,许多数据的来源是不精确的,因此,本文应用模糊理论,建立了PVC下游产品生产计划的模糊期望目标规划模型,并设计了一种基于模糊模拟的遗传算法对模型进行求解,最后通过实例分析证明该方法的可行性和有效性。该方法不仅能够降低企业获取信息的成本,更能真实的反映实际情况,对我国PVC企业的发展具有现实意义。
At present, domestic PVC market has excess capacity. PVC enterprises have to extend their industrial chain to strengthen their competitiveness. The investment in the production of PVC downstream products necessarily involves the production plan problem. In a complex market environment, many data sources are not accurate. So, fuzzy theory is applied, and a fuzzy expectation goal programming model for the production plan of PVC downstream products is built. And a genetic algorithm based on fuzzy simulation is designed for solving the model problem. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the modeling idea and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. This method can not only reduce the costs of getting information for enterprise, but also reflect the real situation. It has realistic meanings for the development of PVC enterprises.
