各种添加剂和热处理温度对铝基体Ni-W-P化学镀层性能的影响

Effects of Additives and Heat-Treatment Temperature on Performance of Electroless Ni-W-P Coating on Aluminum Substrate

摘要 为了改善铝基体化学镀Ni-W-P镀速慢、镀层耐腐蚀性和耐磨性差等问题,研究了添加剂(稳定剂、表面活性剂和配位剂等)和热处理温度对1060铝合金上Ni-W-P化学镀层的的沉积速度、腐蚀速度、腐蚀电流密度和硬度等的影响。结果表明:铝基体化学镀Ni-W-P的理想稳定剂是KI(1 mg/L),表面活性剂是十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS,50 mg/L),配位剂是柠檬酸钠(80 g/L);经100~600℃热处理后,Ni-W-P镀层耐蚀性有不同程度的下降,400℃时耐蚀性下降程度最大,但硬度最高(910 HV),约为镀态的1.5倍,耐磨性最好。 Electroless Ni-W-P coating was prepared on the surface of 1060 Al substrate.The effects of various additives including stabilizing agents,surfactants and complexing agents as well as heat-treatment temperature on the deposition rate,corrosion rate,corrosion current density and hardness of electroless Ni-W-P coatings were investigated.Results show that various additives including stabilizer KI(1 mg/L),surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(50 mg/L) and complexing agent sodium citrate(80 g/L) can be well used for Ni-W-P electroless plating.Heat-treatment at 100~600 ℃ led to the decrease of corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-W-P coatings.Heat-treatment at 400 ℃ caused the most prominent decrease of the corrosion resistance of the coating,but led to the highest hardness(910 HV,1.5 times of that of the as-plated coating) and the best wear resistance of the coating.
