摘要
凹凸棒石吸附性能优良,在重金属离子废水处理方面具有得天独厚的优势。研究了热处理凹凸棒石对Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附性能,分析了不同焙烧温度和时间的吸附剂、吸附剂用量、溶液的pH值、吸附时间等因素对吸附作用的影响。结果表明:经过50 min、40℃以上焙烧的热处理凹凸棒石对水溶液中Ni(Ⅱ)具有良好的吸附性能;在室温(25℃)条件下,吸附平衡时间约为90 min;溶液pH值约为8时,Ni(Ⅱ)可被热处理凹凸棒石定量吸附,吸附率接近100%;吸附动力学参数符合二级反应动力学模型。
Adsorption behavior of attapulgite produced in Jingyuan county for Ni(Ⅱ) was evaluated.The effects of calcination temperature and time,adsorbent dosage,pH value of solution,and adsorption time on the adsorption behavior were investigated.Results indicate that attapulgite calcinated at temperature of 40 ℃ and above for 50 min has good adsorption capacity for Ni(Ⅱ),and it costs about 90 min for the adsorption of Ni(Ⅱ)by calcinated attapulgite to reach equalization at room temperature of 25 ℃.At a solution pH value of about 8,Ni(Ⅱ) could be quantitatively adsorbed by the calcinated attapulgite,and the adsorption rate was as high as nearly 100%.Relevant adsorption kinetic parameters could be well described by using the second-order kinetic model.
